Somatic Movement 

Somatic movement is not about looking, thinking or presenting a certain way.

It is purely a practice of being in your body, of feeling what’s present & allowing yourself to express through movement.

We use breath, affirmation, stillness, & movement to allow the body to release stress, tension & emotional residue

Wear something comfortable, bring water & have some space to move.

If you have a speaker or wireless headphone to really feel the music this will help.
